Biography

Patrick Cullinan has spent the past 26 years as a law enforcement officer in Georgia and is currently a Staff Representative for the Southern States Police Benevolent Association. He is a certified peer with the Georgia Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team and the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office CISM Team. Cullinan possesses a unique understanding of substance abuse and suicide among law enforcement officers, being a recovering alcoholic with over 15 years of sobriety and having dealt with suicidal thoughts and attempts in his own life. Cullinan provides training to agencies and organizations throughout the country.
